Matthew’s Weight Loss Journey

Welcome to the home of my journey to become healthier. I have been riding a recumbent bicycle for about a month now. I wanted to wait until I had been at it for about a month before I did something like this so I could show to myself that I was serious. I will be weighing myself on Mondays and had my first weigh in at 291 pounds on Monday the 25th of February of this year 2019. Please enjoy the entries and I hope it helps others on similar journeys.
